These young Uyghur children, who are preparing tomorrow in order to nurture the future of a nation and who begin their very first journey of knowledge and learning with the 32 letters of the Uyghur alphabet, are hope within despair, and the only true joy and wealth in years marked by uncertainty and hardship.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the devoted teachers who lovingly guide these little ones along the path of their ancestors.
For they are the true mothers and the genuine bearers of this noble cause.
