Achievements Co founded Hira (Educational Center ) in İstanbuls Sefaköy semt where Uyghurs heavily inhabited
When the center was first established / Co founded , English and Turkish courses were open for the elders . Starting April 2016 considering the lacking of culture and language in Uygur children, Native language class been opened in the first opportunity . The class started of with 20 students increased to 3 classes , and the number of students reached 50 in September (2016).İn October a computer training course was open with 6 students to improve the foundation of science technology in Uyghur students .Good results were obtained within giving native language and culture lessons with computer training. January 2017 considering Uyghurs having difficulty getting a license due to language barrier ,a driving theory preparation class has been opened .The driving theory book of the Republic of Turkey has been translated to Uyghur first time in history . September 2017 Published «Turkish – Uyghur » dictionary due to hard of understanding of some terms in Turkish.
February 2018 due to the lack of books and materials for students studying Uyghur as native language , compiled and published a book on calligraphy and trace writing.
December 2018 wrote and published a book on Uyghur language and literature for students. In March 2019, a two-part mathematics book based on the Uyghur language was compiled and published.
June 2019, opened a tailoring training class for Uyghur women and girls who were looking forward to work and encouraged Uyghur women to start an economic business through vocational training.
July 2020 compiled the second part of the language and literature book.
August 2021 prepared a bilingual textbook for Uyghur students in English and Uyghur.
February 2022 wrote a book called “Me and the Arabic Language”.
September 2022, 50 episodes of Turkish cartoons were translated into Uyghur so that Uyghur students would not forget the Uyghur language.
October 2022 Teaching at the Hira Training Center, and on the other hand starts writing a novel called “Difficult Journey”, which might publish in middle of the next year.
Lokmanjan Hira During these eight years has been teaching and on the other hand, is trying to preserve the purity of the Uyghur mother tongue and protect the Uyghur identity by writing 13 textbooks for students. Lokmanjan Hira speaks Turkish, Chinese and Arabic at an advanced level and English at an intermediate level.
